The short version
This website tells you about Perusio, an on-device PDF reading and Q&A app for iPhone. The app answers questions from your documents and shows a citation for each answer — but you should always check an answer against the source before relying on it. By using this site you agree to these terms.
What this is
Perusio.app is an informational website for the Perusio app. The app itself is distributed separately through the App Store and is also governed by Apple’s standard terms for apps. Perusio is operated by Christian Angelo M Sulit.
Provided as-is
The website and the app are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We work to make Perusio accurate and reliable, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Answers are generated — verify them
Perusio’s summaries and answers are generated by AI from the text of your document. Every answer is grounded in the document and carries a citation so you can jump to the source, and Perusio is designed to say “not in this document” rather than invent one. Even so, generated answers can be incomplete or wrong.
Treat Perusio as a reading aid, not an authority. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Before you act on an answer — especially anything that carries obligations or risk — read the cited passage yourself and, where it matters, consult a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
- Use Perusio only with documents you have the right to read and process.
- Don’t use Perusio to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don’t misrepresent Perusio’s generated output as verified or authoritative.
Your documents are yours
You keep all rights to the documents you open in Perusio. Processing happens on your device by default, and the app keeps nothing after a session (see the Privacy Policy). The Perusio name, wordmark, and the design of this site remain ours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
